By using our website, you agree to the following terms:

  • Intellectual Property: All designs remain the property of Third & Lindley™. Customers may not use, modify, or resell our designs.

  • Payment & Disputes: Payments are processed via PayPal or Venmo, and we adhere to their policies for handling disputes and chargebacks.

  • Use of Products: No restrictions on personal use, but resale is prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for minor imperfections due to the natural characteristics of wood.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations and refunds are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.

  • Imperfections & Remakes:

    • Major imperfections in line art, frames, or wood may qualify for a remake.

    • Small imperfections are expected due to the handmade nature of our products.

    • If an error occurs in handwriting or line art design, we will remake the item unless the proof was approved or automatically approved after 5 days without a response.

  • Returns & Refunds:

    • No full refunds or returns on custom products.

    • Quality concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    • Customers cover return shipping for repairs due to user damage; we cover return shipping for confirmed quality issues.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Carriers: All orders ship via USPS.

  • Processing & Shipping Time: 2-4 weeks after approval of proof. USPS Express Shipping

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: We will replace or repair damaged products and provide a return shipping label. We take great care in packaging to prevent damage.
